Our webshop only provided estimated cost with package based on EMS rate from Pos Indonesia. The actual shipping cost maybe less from website’s invoice and you can also choose an option for registered mail service.
You just need to tell us within your note order and or email us to email@example.com, just in case you prefer less shipping fee.
We’ll help you to provide cheaper shipping fee with tracking (we don’t support shipment without tracking). And of course, the rest of your money will be refunded after shipment, tracking code also will be updated 🙂
Here the estimated of shipping cost regarding our last overseas customer (updated):
Overseas with registered mail service: estimated less or about 10-15 USD (100 gram)
during pandemic, Indonesia Post Office closing shipment service to some countries. Some of them totally closed, the rest only registered mail service that closed and EMS is available as usual.
Special note for South Korea customers:
We’re able to ship to South Korea, but we don’t know why the webshop system can’t provide a shipping fee to South Korea. If you need any help about your order, please email us with your shopping cart screen-capture and your name, complete address, ZIP code/postal service code and phone number for shipment purpose.
July 2021 overseas shipping update:
Indonesia postal service currently closed registered mail service and EMS to many countries. Now only export service is available to overseas shipment for some countries. Typically, export service only used by business to business shipment, so it doesn’t show up in the webshop.
If your address can’t provide the shipping fee when you’re about to check out your shopping cart, we still be able to ship to your countries using export service (weight based, tracked). Please email us your shopping cart screen-capture and your name, complete address, ZIP code/postal service code and phone number for shipment purpose to firstname.lastname@example.org
You could choose and checking out your shopping cart as usual with added note to us, like: Please move this order for me via Tokopedia/Shopee. We will arrange your orders to local marketplace you’ve chosen and replying you for your order’s URL.
For overseas customer: please choose only USD currency. When you’re done with your shopping session and ready to checkout your cart, please choose Paypal in Payment Options (‘transfer bank’ only for local payment). Then you will automatically connected to Paypal and complete the transaction.
For local customer: you’re able to choose both USD and IDR currency to pay your shopping cart. You’re able to complete your transaction by both Paypal and Local Bank Transfer also.
